If you are joining as a fresher you'll be getting 22-23k max per month after completing your training even though you might think that your ctc is 3.25 lakhs pa and that doesn't add up to it. So, don't have high hopes of getting 27k per month, which is 3.25 lakhs/12 roughly.
In brief, your ctc includes (24* monthly PF, gratuity and variable component) apart from basic salary and other stuff if you are joining in a Technical Analyst or above role. For roles below Technical Analyst no variable component all is fixed :) Infosys is one of those companies which include the gratuity amount in ctc :)
